Email aark@getmarkdown.com. GetMarkdown is an independent project built in the Pacific Northwest, not a staffed support center, so email is the canonical contact method. Include enough context to reproduce the issue, but do not attach confidential source files or payment-card information.
Conversion feedback and paid jobs
For a conversion-quality report, include the source format, approximate file size, the workflow used, the browser and operating system, and a description of the missing or incorrect structure. For an Advanced PDF problem, include the job identifier and checkout email if available. Share a reduced, non-sensitive sample only when you are authorized to do so. Never email a document containing private, regulated, or proprietary information merely to demonstrate a formatting issue.
Developer access and recurring volume
GetMarkdown does not currently publish a public API or MCP server. If your workflow needs automation, describe the formats, monthly volume, largest expected file, desired output, latency target, and retention requirements. Read the developer resources first for the current integration status and the supported agent-readable endpoints.
Privacy and product requests
Privacy questions should identify whether they concern the free browser converter, Advanced PDF, payment processing, or analytics. The privacy policy explains those processing paths and retention periods. General feature ideas can also be submitted through the public feature request board.
